Product(s) may be returned within 20 days of receipt as long as:
- All return shipping will be at customers own expense
- The product(s) have not been washed worn or altered
- Tags are still on the product(s), original box(s)
- Products(s) are in the same condition as they were received
- Special order product are non-returnable.
- Eyewear/sunglasses are non refundable

Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been returned and received to Gentleman B-Lifestyle Apparel and verified that all above criteria has been met. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will try our best to accommodate every exchange, however there is no guarantee that the size or colour you wish to exchange for will be available. This is because we only carry a limited size run of each product. Therefore we recommend either returning the product and purchasing the new one, or contacting us to facilitate the exchange.
*NOTE: Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. If for any reason you goods were shipped in error due to Gentleman B-Lifestyle Apparel picking/packing wrong size/style we are happy to refund your return shipping charge. If you return by courier Gentleman B will only refund the Canada Post basic delivery postage rate or our courier negotiated rate. Manufacturers Warranty typically do not cover return freight charges for defective products.
Goods returned under warranty will be serviced in accordance with the terms of the applicable manufacturers warranty or by determination of Gentleman B-Lifestyle Apparel.
